Instructor Pre-Entry Assessment

Mullingar Sailing Club is running a pre-entry assessment for sailors wishing to become instructors on the following date: 9 September 2023. This assessment is for existing sailors seeking to become instructors under the Irish Sailing Small Boat Sailing Scheme (SBSS).
These courses are not for novice junior sailors seeking to learn how to sail - see Junior Courses instead .

1-day Irish Sailing Small Boat Sailing Scheme (SBSS) Dinghy Sailing Pre Entry Assessment.
Mullingar Sailing Club will provide boats for visiting participants.
Running the pre-entry assessment is weather dependent. A minimum of 11 knots of wind is required. Sailing may also be curtailed due to adverse weather conditions. If the weather on 9th September is not suitable, the pre-entry assessment will take place on Sunday 10th September. If 10th September is also not suitable, an alternative date will be arranged.
